For the purposes of this Terms of Service or Terms of Use, “HTLS”, “HTLStudio”,“we”, “us” or “our” refers to HealthTech Launchpad Studio S.L.

Where another HTLS group company, including an HTLS Ventures or Accelerator entity, acts as an independent or joint controller in relation to a particular activity, you will be informed accordingly.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms, applicable law and generally accepted standards of lawful online conduct.


1. About HTLS

HealthTech Launchpad Studio is a HealthTech venture-building platform working with:

  • startups;

  • founders;

  • investors;

  • universities;

  • research institutions;

  • accelerators;

  • healthcare organisations;

  • industry partners.

HTLS activities may include venture strategy, fundraising support, due diligence, executive deployment, portfolio acceleration, scientific and regulatory expertise, commercialisation and venture-building programmes.
